Thank God, Mark Green lost the mayoral race! Can you imagine what we would have to deal with then?

As you can see, That Green Girl is hard at work conducting a Meet & Greet the proper way.

I take the necessary time to listen to what the tenants in SL Green Properties have to say about First Quality Maintenance, Classic Security and Mr. SL.

I would say the time is ripe for other building owners to jump in snatch up some good tenants looking for a long lease, because the ones I talked with are sick to death of SL Green and looking to move out.

Even First Quality Maintenance has a new business name. (Maybe they are trying to get out too! Ha!) It’s now called First Quality Alliance Building Services. But don’t be fooled its still a brilliant collusion between father and son.

It’s still the same old faces with the same old stories and the same old business policy---steal from the poor to give to the rich. Duh? Who would have thunk of that before?

At this time, unfortunately, I am unable to announce my building tour schedule, but I promise to see you all very soon at an SL Green building near you.

As you can see by my list of buildings below, Mr. SL has 29 (give or take a few) buildings that I have to get around to, so it may take a little time and effort. But don't you worry, I promise to visit each and every one of them and fill you in on all the developing (and juicy) details.

These are the ones that hire an entire staff to write brilliant newsletters about themselves. These are the ones that steal from the little people who have nothing so that they can give millions to non profit charities (and family political campaigns) for tax write offs. These are the ones that attend the Boy's Club of America mega gala fundraising events so the whole world can see how kind, generous and extremely compassionate they are.
